Description: Our crash course consists of 10 hours of intensive lessons, spread either over one week-end or one week. It is designed for people who want to break through the language barrier with some basic communication skills. It focuses on practical language skills and Italian culture, helping students to pick up the basics quickly plus get an insight into the country, people and culture.  Students will be able to conduct a conversation in basic Italian at a hotel, train station, restaurant, airport, car-rental outlet, currency exchange office, etc. You will also be able to introduce yourself and have a casual conversation while traveling.

Classes are small, lively and very interactive. Students can follow the crash course up with another of our group courses.  This particular course is suitable for absolute beginners without any prior language ability.
There is no textbook, only handouts are provided.

Description: A pleasant stroll around Cape Town accompanied by a registered Italian tour guide. – a stimulating way to learn Italian as well as getting to know something about our town and its beauty through visits to museums and other places of interest.
 
  Cooking course

Level: All levels available
Class size: 6-12 participants
Description: These group sessions take place termly at lunchtime, from 10h00 until about 13h30. Under the expert guidance of our chefs, students learn how to prepare traditional Italian dishes, which vary according to the fresh ingredients available each season. At the end of each session all participants eat what they have prepared together - food and wine are included in the price. This course is designed for people who wish to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine. Lessons are conducted in both Italian and English.
